Warranty Information
Fuchs® Audio Technology products are covered by a three year limited warranty, which covers any repairs required to bring the unit back to its original factory stock condition. It excludes freight to or from the factory, or authorized service depot. It does not include circuit updates, product feature upgrades, nor modifications. Our obligation is limited to restoring the unit to the original product specifications at the time of manufacture. This warranty excludes abuse, tubes, blown speakers, cosmetics, physical damage (such as water), shipping damage, or attempted repairs by anyone other than a Fuchs® Audio Technology authorized service facility or technician.
Repairs under warranty are based on the sole discretion of Fuchs® Audio Technology or its authorized agents. We reserve the right to suspend a warranty, nor service any unit which, in our opinion, has been abused, modified, or improperly serviced by unauthorized personnel. The warranty is not transferable. A copy of the bill of sale must be provided, and a valid warranty card must be on file with Fuchs® Audio Technology to insure a warranty is in effect.
Units being returned for service must be preauthorized by the factory. An R/A number must be provided by the factory, and must appear on the exterior of the package or we reserve the right to refuse the package upon receipt. COD’s of any kind will not be accepted.

NonWarranty Service:
Non-WARRANTY units being returned for service will be serviced at the current bench rate in effect at the time of repair, at the respective shop to which the amp is sent, plus parts required.
